As Cardmobili – Desenvolvimento de Software, SA (Cardmobili) develops Cardmobili and adopts new technologies to improve the service, it is possible that these Terms of Use may change. Therefore, Cardmobili advises all Users to read these Terms in a regular basis. This document is complemented by our "Terms of Use", which should also be read regularly.
Gathering and Usage of User Information
Personal information.
All user information gathered by Cardmobili is meant to be used for signing up to the service, and using it in a correct way. User's sign up needs a valid email address and a password. Afterwards, the user can supply additional information that will complete his profile, allowing him to access more features and services in Cardmobili.
Communications purposes.
For the pages where personal information is gathered, the User authorizes Cardmobili and its commercial partners from which the User is also a customer (i.e., has a registered card in his Cardmobili's account), to send information about products and services that may be of his interest, using his personal information for direct marketing purposes through any communication channel, namely through the usage of email, SMS, MMS, or any automatic means, in full respect of any criteria defined in the User profile. The User also authorizes Cardmobili's commercial partners from which he is not a customer to contact him through the previously mentioned communication channels, in full respect of any criteria defined in the User profile.
Confidentiality.
Cardmobili will not share, give or sell any personal information from the Cardmobili's users, expect for the information the user will expressly allow during his usage of Cardmobili. All personal information will be kept confidential and protected.
Protection of users's personal information.
Cardmobili will not commercialize its users' database with any third party. Cardmobili will only share with its commercial partners User's data necessary to identify User as a customer of its commercial partners.
According to Portuguese Law 67/98, from October 28th, users can access their personal information, and ask to see them, verify them, change, update and eliminate them, by electronic form or letter addressed to Cardmobili, Avenida da Boavista, 1277 - 4º, 4100-130 Porto, Portugal. This letter must have a copy of an identification document attached.
For User's protection, the password is stored encrypted in our servers, and it is not accessible to anyone, including Cardmobili's team members. Therefore, shall it be lost or forgotten, the User must reset a new password.
The website may use cookies and other tracking mechanisms in order to improve and optimize its usage.
